Customer Service Representative

Valerie has been providing customer service in the insurance industry going back to the early 1990s.  She manages client issues and processes insurance paperwork to facilitate solving client issues or expiditing policy issue.  Valerie also manages work flows for support staff, and assist insurance agents in keeping licensure current.
